OUCH!

Well yesterday I was riding my bike down a pretty challenging hill, well its not really all that challenging but after not riding for 5 years it was challeneing to me... ok. So I was bombing down the hill when I slid out on a bunch of rocks and I went tumbling down to the ground... I have a feeling I blacked out, but I am not to sure. Well anyway my day was shot so I packed my bike in my car and went home, my neck and back were KILLING me. My best friend was ice, and a hot shower. It turns out I hit the ground a little too hard because my helmet was cracked and my rear rim bent... so it's costing me $40 to fix the rim and I have a old helmet I can use for now. So yeah I am out of commission till Saturday..... On the up shot I might be participating in a bike race in May some time. So I have a couple of weeks to get into racing form, or at the very least not die of exhaustion
